Registered Users
- Book health packages or diagnostic services.
- Opt for Home Collection (subject to availability).
- Receive reports via email, SMS, or through the Website.
Note:
- Services are non-transferable.
- Photo ID and booking details must be presented for verification.
Restrictions on Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Website for unlawful purposes.
- Violate any intellectual property rights.
- Upload harmful or defamatory content.
- Engage in activities that compromise the Website’s security.
Payments
- Payment methods include credit cards, debit cards, and online banking.
- Services commence only after payment confirmation.

Refund and Cancellation
- Bookings are valid for 7 days from the invoice date.
- Refund requests can be initiated by emailing sgadpathlab@gmail.com Refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
Delivery
- Reports will be delivered within the stipulated time, as specified during booking.
- Reports may also be accessed on the Website using your Order ID.
- No deliveries are made on Sundays or public holidays.
Modification of Terms of Use
The Company reserves the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to the Website.
Ownership

Termination
